sample vial promotions

Occasionally, we run limited time or quantity promotions of our samples or offer a discount on further purchases when a 2ml sample is bought. Please be aware of the following:

Any samples offered for free are on a completely discretionary basis
Our promotions can, at our discretion, include free shipping
Because of shipping costs and regulations, our samples are only available within England, Scotland and Wales and not Northern Ireland
Free or discounted samples are limited to one per fragrance per customer, not per order and we reserve the right to refuse multiple orders by a single customer and refund the amount paid on the order
Where a discount on future purchase is offered, a discount code will be sent to the email address you provided as part of your order. These emails are sent separately by our system 1 day after your order is fulfilled. This is a once only email which is part of the order and is not a marketing email. It does not affect any marketing preferences you selected when ordering.
All data is treated in accordance with our privacy policy
We reserve the right not to supply free samples without specifying a reason or entering into correspondence about it
Where a discount redeemable against future purchase is offered, such discounts are not redeemable as cash or any other form of store credit other than for the intended products being promoted
Resale of samples is not permitted
Discount codes issued as part of a future purchase discount are not transferable and require a customer purchase
Sales of discount codes are not permitted and orders using a discount code that does not link to a previous order will not be processed.
Samples are shipped using Royal Mail Postage
Tracking is not available on orders containing only samples
All other terms of service apply
